We
started signing with our children when they were about 6 months old as a
way
for them to communicate their needs without tears. Our first signs were
"more,"
"milk" and "water" and they made mealtime much less stressful! We
continued
signing long after they learned to talk because we were all having so
much fun -
mostly due to the wonderful Signing Time videos and classes. I love that
my kids
are learning a new language and they love that they can use their hands
and
bodies to communicate. We love signing (and Signing Time!)
